Most small merchants lose not because their case is weak, but because assembling delivery confirmations, order records, and policy disclosures is confusing — and the deadline passes while it sits on the to-do list. No response means an automatic loss: the product, the money, and the dispute fee, all at once.

Every dispute has a hard response-due date. Miss it and the case is lost by default, no matter how good your evidence was. Deadline tracking is the first thing we're building — alerts before any dispute expires unanswered.

Tracking numbers, delivery scans, the customer's order history, your refund policy — it's all sitting in your store already. The work is assembling it into the exact shape the card networks expect. That's the part AI is good at.

You know your customer and your case better than any automation ever will. So the draft is a draft: you read it, fix it, add what only you know — and nothing goes anywhere until you approve it.

How it will work

    Built directly on Shopify's own payments and dispute data. No extra integrations, no API keys to paste, no theme changes, nothing to migrate. If you're on Shopify Payments, you're already connected.

  2. Get the draft

    The moment a dispute opens, you get an alert with the deadline — and a full evidence draft assembled from that order's tracking, fulfillment, customer history, and your store policies.

  3. Review & submit

    Read the draft, edit anything, add what only you know. When it's right, you approve it and it's submitted well before the deadline. If you don't approve, nothing is ever sent.

v1 is for Shopify Payments stores. Disputes from other payment gateways live outside Shopify's data, and we'd rather do one source perfectly than three sources halfway.

Four promises, written down first

Before writing a line of product code, we read every low-star review in this category — over two hundred of them. Merchants weren't angry about losing disputes. They were angry about how the tools treated them. So these promises come before the product does:

  • One flat price. Never a percentage of your money. Recovered funds are 100% yours. Your bill is the same in a bad month and a great one, and winning more never costs you more.
  • Nothing is ever auto-submitted. Every response requires your explicit approval — the submit button belongs to you, not to us. An unreviewed response is worse than none, and your name is on it.
  • No surprise charges, ever. The price on this page is the price on your invoice. Any future change will be announced in advance and will require your active consent — silence will never count as a yes.
  • A human answers. Built by one person who reads and answers every email within 24 hours. No bots, no ticket purgatory, no disappearing act when something goes wrong.
  • We never touch your money. No refunds issued, no charges created, no funds moved — ever. We draft evidence and, with your approval, submit it. That's the whole job.
